Studio Aparte – Woodstock

Woodstock is a sofa, born from the participation of Aparte in the “Villa Déchet” Project (trash villa) in Nantes, France. Its fabrication needs only recuperation materials and it offers the possibility of a wholesale reproductible product. Woodstock perfectly enters in a policy of responsible design, advocated by the Aparte agency. Manufactured from recycled pallet wood, the sofa is accompanied by two satellites which permit to pass from two seats to four. The valorization of trashes, even like the reduction of habitable surfaces are two problematics which inspired the creation of Woodstock.
